For electrical components, we can discuss insulation, heat resistance, mechanical performance and appearance requirements according to the application. Relevant properties should be assessed using the selected grade’s technical information and actual test results.

Test Before Confirming Bulk Supply

Trial material can be arranged before bulk purchasing so your production team can evaluate flow, mould filling, demoulding and finished part appearance on your equipment and moulds.

Share the trial conditions and processing results with us. This helps both parties review the material selection before proceeding with a bulk order. Sample quantities and delivery arrangements can be discussed in advance.

Colour Matching for Your Existing Products

We support colour matching based on finished components or physical colour samples, including white and other custom colours. Even white can vary in tone and brightness. We coordinate colour matching and sample preparation based on your reference.

Please provide a finished component, physical colour sample or reference colour code. The final colour is subject to approval of a physical sample, which serves as the colour reference for subsequent bulk orders.

Review Repeat Orders Against Approved Requirements

For ongoing purchases, we focus on the material, colour and processing requirements confirmed by the customer. These requirements and any requested changes can be reviewed when confirming repeat orders to reduce misunderstandings.

If processing performance changes, provide the batch identification, storage conditions, machine settings and photographs or videos of the affected parts. We will coordinate technical review and discuss appropriate action.

Neutral Packaging and Storage

Standard packaging is neutral 25 kg bags with an inner liner. Label information and shipping marks can be agreed during order confirmation.

Store the material in a cool, dry location below 30°C, protected from moisture, dust and direct sunlight. The supplied specification states a storage period of six months under the recommended conditions.
